Nothing personal, just links I used to personally blog at my other blog but I found that when I went to spend time with my fiends, they always knew what was going on my life, so in an attempt to increase my human interaction with others, I just stopped blogging.
Crossfit I've been doing crossfit since Jan '08 and logging my workouts since Mid August '08. I don't post everyday, because I don't workout everyday. I may also play catchup and enter a weeks worth of workouts in a day because I'm lazy


I used to have a LG Dare for a month. I made a Start page for my LG Dare. I still have it because others use it. I don't.
