Right arm deadlift 10 reps
Run 400m

Right arm push press 10 reps
Left arm deadlift 10 reps
Run 400m

Push press at 30 pounds
Deadlift at 60 pounds

Could of gone 20 pounds heavier on deadlift. Left arm is weaker than right arm in push press.
