This is a personal blog that I update from my iPhone/computer any workouts that I do.  I have been crossfitting on my own since august of 08 and I joined a box in October of 09.  The change from working out on your own to working out with a coach and a group of people is incredible.  I recommend it to anyone.  I don’t suggest using this page a guide for workouts as my schedule doesn’t allow regular exercise and I will go 2-3 days without working out due to school, work and having a personal life.  This blog is mainly for a personal journal to track my growth via my successes and failures.
